Which Way?

Worked on this one for a few weeks...months? Roughed in over an umber background . I love the forest darks and spring- snowy Southern Maryland red dirt road. Of course the whip in his pinks leaps out as that color always does across distant fields and winter woodlands. Here's the [almost] finished piece. [12x16, oil on panel]
