The brightest things around are in my market basket. Inspirational!

But

I've painted and repainted these guys...finally used COLOR and formed with light.

Whew.

So easy in a smaller format to sit close and pick, pick pick.

Remembering the incamminate phase

My small paintings are often detailed ... but the big gesture has to work ... in any size.

An antidote for me is a large format painting using a fat brush to block in shapes...I need to use the same mindset for the little guys.
