Rhode Island Rocky Coast

The Naragansett shore is seriously rocky. Granite outcrops angle up out of the bay with quartz streaks running from seaweeded water to rosa rugosa clumps along the high tops. Waves run in with foamimg tops and deep green feet. Linda and I stayed with Nancy and Mike [THANK YOU] and trundled out to the cliffs around Jamestown each morning past salt water farms, stone walls and some serious shingle style houses. Hooray...PAINTING ... with the smell of sunscreen and seaweed and the sound of seagulls and pebble rolls.
